Oh yeah, some of the point spreads for this week’s CFL games are strange – but that won’t stop us from telling The Grueling Truth as we see it! Read on for or CFL preview of week 15, including predictions and pointspreads as supplied by TGT Network sponsor
The Roughriders defense served notice to the entire CFL that they are the real deal last week, as they held the Stampeders to just five field goals in a 15-9 loss. Ottawa, will be starting QB Ryan Lindley, which makes this a less competitive matchup. Prediction: Roughriders 27, Redblacks 17.
The Alouettes handed the Stamps their first and so far only loss of the 2017 season, but a whole lot has changed in Montreal since that game. This looks to be one of the biggest regular-season mismatches in CFL history. Prediction: Stamps 54, Alouettes 8.
The Ti-Cats have been playing very well since the arrival of new head coach June Jones. The Argos counter with QB Ricky Ray and RB James Wilder Jr. I think that the two-headed attack of Ray and Wilder will pull out a close one here. Prediction: Argonauts 27, Ti-Cats 26.
This line mystifies me. When is the last time the Eskimos won? [For the record, it was in week 8 On August 10, Edmonton won 27-20 at Ottawa. –Ed.] Throw in Blue Bombers QB Matt Nichols playing better than anyone in the league right now, and Winnipeg looks to be the biggest threat to the Calgary Stampeders. I really have no clue why the Eskimos are favored in this game. Take the Bombers and the points. Prediction: Blue Bombers 34, Eskimos 24.
