The Buccaneers return everybody from last year’s Super Bowl Championship team. The Cowboys will return QB Dak Prescott, who missed most of last season. When you put it like that, it seems this may be a mismatch will. So let’s check out this game and see if we can help you make some money!
Spread:Β
Bucs -7.5: (-105)
Cowboys +7.5: (-115)
Moneyline:Β
Bucs: -350
Cowboys: +270
Over/Under:Β 51.5 (Over: -110/Under: -110)
The big question to me in this game is Dallas’s defense, the Buccaneers will have continuity, and the Cowboys won’t, so the Bucs will score over 30 points. With that being said, Dak is back, and he has weapons all over the place in Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper, and CeeDee Lamb, to mention a few. Zack Martin will miss the game for the Cowboys because of Covid protocol.
How do these teams matchup position for position
Offensive Line- Advantage BUCS
QB- Advantage Bucs
Running Back- Advantage Cowboys
WR- Advantage Bucs
Defensive Line- Advantage Bucs
Linebacker- Advantage Bucs
Secondary- Advantage Bucs
Special teams- Advantage Bucs
Coaching- Advantage Bucs
The odds greatly favor the Bucs because of what you see above, but remember this the Bucs were nowhere near the team they ended up being at the start of last year, and they did lose at home early on. The advantage the Cowboys have is in the backfield, so to me, the chances of winning thing on a big night by Elliott and Dak making some big-time throws off of that. Could it happen? Yes! Will it happen? NO!!!!
Prediction
The safe play here is to bet over 51.5; if I wanted to bet the game, I would take the Bucs and give the points. Bucs 38Β Cowboys 28
