Is Deal or No Deal Casino a legit site when it comes to finding your way around? Again, it’s a big yes to that question. Live games and game types are displayed at the top of the site, with the categories appearing below that. They haven’t hidden their game selection away on another page. The menu sits to the left side of the screen, so it’s there if you need it, but it never becomes intrusive. The support section takes you through to an area with answers to any questions you’ve got, as you’ll see later in our review. You can even sort the games from that landing page, so getting that sense of settling in is easy at the casino, since you never need to leave the homepage until you’re ready to start playing.
Yes, but be ready to verify your location via their software if prompted. When you are ready to join, you can head for the Create Account button. You’ll see this at the top of the sidebar menu on the left. You’ll need to enter an email address and password first, and confirm that you are at least 19 years of age (the minimum age in Ontario). Follow the steps to set up your account and you’re then able to explore.
There’s no clear sign of a mobile app anywhere on the website, but in this case, we found a little extra research did the trick. As usual, the help center paved the way to give us the info we needed. If you live in Ontario and you visit the casino on your phone, you should see a message redirecting you to the app. You can then follow the instructions to download it. They give the same steps for both iOS and Android devices. The help center also provides the minimum system requirements to date for iOS and Android devices, respectively, on a separate page.
This is a crucial area to know about before signup. We’ve noted this in our Delta Bingo review as well. Fortunately, while there is no banking page available, you can go to the help center and access the account tab to learn more. They have separate sections for deposits and withdrawals, including a different FAQ area for each.
Paysafe works for credit and debit card options, with Interac available too. The minimum deposit is given as $20 CAD. This amount is noted as the minimum withdrawal sum too. The casino aims to process requests within 48 hours, with several days sometimes required to process the withdrawal from them to your chosen method.
The best Ontario casinos should provide players with excellent customer service, so is Deal or No Deal Casino legit in this respect? We believe so, as the support tab is clearly displayed inside the site menu. This opens another tab for the main page of the help center. There are several sections to enter from there, including ones on account information and general topics. There’s also a search box, so if you have a query in mind, you can enter it there to access some details about it.
Look for the speech bubble in the corner of the site too. Select it and you can ask the bot a question. Better still, if you want to go through to an agent, you just need to enter ‘Agent’ in the box and someone will be along to help you. That’s something we haven’t seen in many other chat bots, and it does save the frustration of trying to get through to someone.
The first thing we noticed was an iGaming Ontario logo in the corner of the panels at the top of the site – panels that change to reflect highlights of the casino. This appears again at the bottom of the site, along with the minimum age of 19 as a separate logo. We had to dig deeper to find licensing details, eventually finding them on the Who We Are page in the FAQ section of the site.
Meanwhile, the support area of the menu takes you into the help center, where you can read information about Know Your Customer (KYC) validation and verifying your location and identity. These are all aspects designed to make your account and gameplay safer and more secure. You’ll see we cover this topic across all our reviews, including the GGPoker sport review on another page here at TheGruelingTruth.com.
Variety is everything, and this casino certainly has that. There are games from Konami, Big Time Gaming, and IGT among others. We also spotted some Bally titles. There’s a good mix across all the game areas too, not just in the slots. That’s not something you can guarantee seeing anywhere.
Given the title of the casino, you can rest assured there are a few versions of Deal or No Deal to play – including some Slingo. Our Deal or No Deal Casino review research brought some video poker into focus, along with over two dozen table games. The slots are the big attraction, of course, with some Megaways, three-reel, and Slingo titles to explore among others.
This requires you to download their location software to ensure you live in a legal betting area – in this case, Ontario. You’ll need an account to access the live area too. Frustrating, perhaps, but it does show that the casino is serious about meeting its legal requirements.
The casino provides endless reams of games to play, all of which provide separate coin collections to choose from. It’s rare that you’ll find a game with a single bet, but checking in advance will help you source casino games with suitable coin values.
Can we do it positively? The game collection is impressive, as you’d expect when there is a large list of games to explore. Various other aspects of the site are easy to find too, giving an all-round experience that’s good to have.
There are several versions of the game you can play. Each includes its own rules, which you can read prior to playing – including the live version.
The best place to play a series of these games is at Deal or No Deal Casino. Read more about it in our review of the site at TheGruelingTruth.com.
Deal or No Deal Casino has acquired a license to operate in Ontario, so if you live in that part of the country, you can read our review of the site before you play there.
It’s easy to assume the casino is going to offer little more than games based around the famous 22-box game show. However, while those titles are present on the site, you’ll get the chance to play many other slots, table games, and poker titles as well. Extending the theme to delve into other gaming areas popular at online casinos has worked brilliantly here. We may not be able to bring you a Deal or No Deal Casino sport review, but we’ve brought you everything else.
