2017 NCAA Football Top 25: Week 4

1) Alabama Crimson Tide- The Tide rolled over Colorado State by 18 points.

2) Clemson Tigers- The Tigers are once again for real as maybe the best defense in College Football throttled Lamar Jackson and the high-flying Cardinals offense.

3) Oklahoma Sooners- After a slow start the Sooners buried Tulane.

4) Penn State Nittany Lions- The Lions roll on.

5) Washington Huskies- The Huskies dominated Fresno State.

6) USC Trojans- The Trojans had all kinds of trouble with Texas, but the Trojans squeak out a win.

7) Oklahoma State Cowboys- The Cowboys put the hammer down on the Pitt Panthers.

8) Wisconsin Badgers- Road domination at BYU.

9) Michigan Wolverines- Struggled for a little over three quarters with the Air Force option game but finished strong to get the win.

10) Georgia Bulldogs- The Dawgs beat an out-gunned opponent.

11) Ohio State Buckeyes- Buckeyes got back in the win column after the embarrassment of last week.

12) Virginia Tech Hokies- The Hokies outclassed East Carolina.

13) Miami(Fla)- Will they ever play a game?

14) Mississippi State Bulldogs- Now 3-0, the Bulldogs destroyed LSU and look like they are the real deal.

15) Auburn Tigers- The offense is becoming a huge concern.

16) TCU Horned Frogs- The Frogs roll on, but the defense has to play better if they want to advance any higher.

17) South Florida Bulls- Made easy work of Illinois.

18) Washington State Cougars- The Cougars are now 3-0 and the offense is explosive. The defense, while not great, is better than last year.

19) Florida State Seminoles- Big matchup next week looms against NC State.

20) LSU Tigers- The Tigers got embarrassed by Mississippi State.

21) Louisville Cardinals- Are they just a one-man show? It sure looked that way against Clemson.

22) Oregon Ducks- The Ducks got a nice win against QB Josh Allen and the Wyoming Cowboys.

23) Utah Utes- 3-0 but haven’t beat the best competition yet.

24) San Diego State Aztecs- Big win over Stanford vaults the Aztecs into this poll.

25) Kentucky Wildcats- The Cats are starting to look like a contender.
