Why will the 76ers win?

The Sixers are the hottest team coming into these NBA playoffs, winning sixteen-straight games and half of those without the injured Joel Embiid. The 76ers also are one of the best defensive teams in the NBA and with Ben Simmons on the floor even without Embiid, the Sixers are a very dangerous opponent for anybody. Look for Embiid to be ready for game three or so, and if he is, the Sixers will have one of the most explosive duos in the NBA on the court.

Why will the Heat win?

The Heats biggest key will be controlling the pace and slowing the game down. The Heat are a deep team that is capable of matching up with anyone because of that depth. They cannot win by playing at the Sixers’ tempo.

Prediction: The Sixers are just too talented and explosive for a deep and talented Heat team. The Heat’s best chance is to jump out quick at the start of the series before Embiid gets back to full strength.
