Noah Dickerson was lights out going for 18 points including 16 of those in the second half. The Washington Huskies rallied past a nine-point halftime deficit to defeat the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers 73-55 on Tuesday night.

The Hilltoppers came into the game as a nine-point road underdog but took the fight straight to the Huskies. Western jumped out to an early nine advantage and took the lead into the locker room at halftime, however, the hometown Huskies did not fold.

Washington started to pull away around the ten-minute mark of the second half, outlasting the scrappy Hilltoppers to earn a massive home win.

For the Hilltoppers, the future is bright for Rick Stansbury’s team as the Tops showed fight the entire game.

Western Kentucky: The Hilltoppers were without Auburn Transfer Desean Murray, who was suspended last week and did not play Tuesday night. Western Kentucky also went toe for toe with one of the better teams in the Pac 12, including an impressive 17-0 to end the first half.
